All custom apparel and drinkware is made to order. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded artwork does not violate copyright or trademark laws. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive or infringing content.
Prices are listed on the product pages and in the designer. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your payment information.
Because every item is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Standard production time is 3-7 business days before shipping. Rush options may be available, contact us for details.
Catashtrophic Designs is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, supplier stockouts, or events beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the purchase price paid.
